We have used Ancient Arts for a number of years now. Their staff is tremendously loving and supportive. Our older lab has arthritis and has benefited from all the services they provide. Acupuncture, chiropractic, infrared treatment, chinese herbs and traditional medicine. Highly recommend their services!

Our senior chihuahua had her first IVDD flare-up in 2023. We decided to try a natural and holistic approach to help prevent future flare-ups, and found Dr Rewers and the Ancient Arts team. We started her on acupuncture and herbal supplements right away and I’m happy to report our girl hasn’t had a flare-up and can still move around like nothing happened. She gets vocal and spicy during her treatments (even with calming supplements) so I’m very thankful to Dr Rewers and the Ancient Arts Team for being patient, understanding and having a positive attitude when our 11 lb girl acts big and tough. Thank you Dr Rewers and the Ancient Arts Team!

I’m a breeder and wanted to learn about their vaccine schedules, manufacturers and details. Their employee was very rude, and was unwilling to share the info with me, then hung up on me. Sadly, customer service and transparency is not something they offer.

Ancient Arts is really special. The holistic veterinary offers the care you'd expect, and some extras you might not. Here's a review that features the latter. This is a testimonial from my senior pup about her first of many Reiki treatments with Dr. Darla Rewers (vis à vis Portland Animal Communicator Jennifer Parks): "[Reiki] was like a massage with love. The energy that came through was unconditional, like I was loved exactly the way I am at this particular time. It was like going back to a sense of peace and it allowed me just to *be*. It filled me up, made me feel like I could do the same thing back, or the same thing for someone else. It's the filling up that needs to happen first. I can hold more now." I just love this so much! (My pup does, too, of course.) And I attribute the energy work we've been doing, including these Reiki sessions, to helping my pup quickly clear some long-established hurdles. The specialized holistic care by Dr. Rewers and the Ancient Arts team, whether Reiki, herbs, essences, or other treatments not found in mainstream veterinary offices, is why we keep coming back.

We really like this vet but today they had a sign on their door saying they were in a staff meeting until 3pm. We waited at the door for nearly 30 minutes. There was no apology or reason given as to why they had such a delay. This was our worst experience here. Multiple patients waiting outside and even the UPS delivery man tried to make a delivery and knocked and there was still no answer.
