As a small local business owner here in the Ballard neighborhood, I've been incredibly disheartened by the services, or better yet, lack of services I've gotten here at the Ballard location opposed to the Capitol Hill location. They have their phone number set up to an automatic answering machine so it's very difficult to get a hold of an actual person before you go to the location. They also cancelled my latest appointment because I selected a 12:30PM drop-off time that was available to select on their website/app stating that they don't accept drop offs after 12:30PM although it is an available option to select on their app/website. I've left about a half dozen voicemails trying to get a lump/mass checked out that has found it's way onto my dog after they had cancelled my appointment and still haven't heard back from anybody on the team and it's been well over 72 hours (3 days).

Banfield Ballard got Zero in the very same day when she needed a few staples thanks to the new wood chips laid at Woodland Dog Park @ Greenlake. I couldn’t be more grateful. Stephanie and Cassidy took such great care of her and were so kind and compassionate throughout the visit. Thank you to the whole team for making a bummer situation so much easier. Highly recommend!

Terrible policy on canceling the wellness plan. Look for other pet insurance...
