Dr. Shearer and Dr Stein are exceptional professionals - we wouldn’t trust our labs to any other vet. In fact the entire staff including front desk and vet techs/assistants are all caring and welcoming.

I've been a client at Eastlake Vet since 2022. I can't imagine going anywhere else. I've intermittently visited other clinics, but none seem to compare. Dr. Stein is so sweet. The staff are exceptionally kind, efficient, and well-meaning. There's no uppity feeling here, and I've never been solicited for a review. My dog tries to walk me to their clinic all the time, and likes to check their back entrance after hours. Any chance he gets, he wants to go to the vet. If we go in, he doesn't want to leave. My dog is rambunctious, but Eastlake Vet has always handled him and taken care of us with such grace.

We have been going to Eastlake Vet Hospital for over 12 years and we appreciate the doctors and staff for several reasons. First off, they always answer the phone! I have always gotten a friendly person to pick up - this is a big plus in my book. Then this friendly person determines how urgent the issue is, and finds a way to schedule us into an appointment if it is urgent. If we've been in for a procedure or serious illness, we always get a follow-up call in the evening or the next day from the doctor. This gives us an opportunity to ask more questions if necessary. Thank you Dr. Shearer and all the staff at Eastlake Vet!!
