The nurses Jackie and Lexi helped me on the night I came in, as well as the receptionist Iris. Iris responded quickly and immediately, and the nurse checked in rapidly after every request for a check in. All I can truly say is that my dog was treated exceptionally well during our emergency here, and every nurse and receptionist ensured that I felt comfortable and had support during our visit. The nurses and receptionist even helped me carry my dog outside, and helped me load him into the car, while I was panicking and feeling disassembled that night. The kindness and thoughtfulness displayed made me feel much better on such a trying night.

Unfortunately we had to put our dog down here a couple of nights ago. The medical staff was thorough, compassionate, and beyond professional during the whole ordeal. They gave us good information and presented it in a good way that really made us know about all our options. A terrible situation for us, but the staff made things so much easier on us. The staff went out of their way to get Sage Tina for her last meal, as that was her favorite. Rest in peace Sage, thanks for giving us such a good life.

This has been my second time visiting Emerald City the first time back in 2023 and they’ve never been anything short of amazing. I brought koda in over the weekend bc he had lost all of his personality and was not wanting to eat which was very unlike him. While the wait time was long they were very transparent about it and we were able to be seen within the first 3ish hours instead of the 6-8 they had initially quoted. The staff is all so sweet and even personalized his discharge bag which I thought was so sweet. Thank you for saving my son ❤️‍🩹

I rushed our dog Juniper into Emerald City early in the morning, and it turned out she was having an anaphylactic reaction. Everyone we worked with for the almost 24 hours they had her was absolutely amazing. They were transparent about the severity of the situation while also being sensitive and caring. Because of them, our dog is home and doing great. I don't know if she would be alive if it weren't for the Emerald City team. Thank you!!! Here is a photo of her the day after ♥️

So pleasantly surprised with the speed at which our pup was able to get emergency care. We were in and out in just over an hour on a busy Saturday night. They were down a front desk person and one of the team members was doing an amazing job triaging and making all incoming pups feel cared for.
