For the cost, I would expect more organization and professionalism. Sadly, I think I need to take my cats to another vet where I feel like they’ll get more attentive care.

We took our VERY anxious pup Moose here on the recommendation of friends, and we are SO GLAD! We saw Dr. Dunphy, and she and her entire team were the definition of patience when it came to dealing with Moose. In the past, our vets have just grabbed him or shuffled him off to the back to expedite the process, but they worked with him (and lots of treats!) to make the experience as pleasant as possible. I am especially appreciative of the "bedside manner" of all of the staff; with both Moose and his anxious parents, the entire team made an incredible impression. Moose even got a certificate for bravery! We're so happy to have found Greentree and Dr. Dunphy!

Great experience so far. New to Seattle and started bringing him here. Prices are affordable, care is very good for my dog for both annual check as well as for a skin condition. Dr spends a lot of time with him each time.

All of our elderly pets are in the excellent care of the amazing team at Greentree Animal Hospital. Recently we had to put our beloved cat, Tigger, to sleep when we suddenly found out he had untreatable bladder cancer. It was a crazy, stressed day and we called them late in the day to see if they could help him end his suffering. They ended up staying late for us, and were so kind and compassionate as we said goodbye to our boy. They got us treats for him, blanket, and even hugs as we cried. I can’t say enough about this incredible team. Thank you so very much for all you do, and for your empathy for our pets and for us. ❤️❤️❤️
