The appointment itself went fine once we were taken back and the vet staff took me seriously and were very informative and helpful. However, we had an early appointment on a Saturday that we scheduled a week in advance and they did not obtain our records from our previous vet before the appointment despite telling me they could do it for us when we scheduled, so instead they left us sitting in the lobby for an hour and half while they got the records from our last vet. It was supposed to be a routine yearly check up with vaccines, and it took two hours from the time we arrived to when we left. If they couldn't reach our previous vet they should've called me before the appointment so I could reach out to the previous vet myself. Going to the vet is stressful enough on a cat, they shouldn't have to sit in their carrier smelling all the other animal smells for an extra hour or more while the staff does something they should've done before your arrival. If there was some sort of emergency with another animal I would absolutely understand waiting, but we only saw two other pets the whole time we were in the clinic. Like other reviews have said, they are nice but disorganized which is not what I want in a vet clinic.

We’ve gone here for all of our pets for the last 10-15ish years and they are so wonderful. We have a lot of animals so we are there frequently. They always have time for our emergencies. Picked us up when we lost our babies. This is the only place where we adopt animals from because we trust them and know they will only give us the best treatment. Also they have the cutest visiting animal rescues from a deer to ducks to bunnies to just regular cats and dogs. So you’re almost always in for a special treat when you go in.
