I’ve been bringing my cats here for nearly two years, and I can’t imagine taking them anywhere else. The entire team is always welcoming, caring, and thorough. I truly appreciate the time and attention they give and always feel confident knowing they’re in such good hands.

Dr Holly and all the staff at Mercer have already left an impression. The only thing I typically see from vets is a quick visit (regardless of the reason) and a big bill. But I’m happy to report that didn’t happen here. Not only was it a reasonable price, but they also really took their time getting to know Cosmo. He’s an anxious boy but they were patient and gave him lots of praise and treats. They were also kind and patient with me, and addressed all of my questions and concerns. They even sent an aftercare summary with everything we discussed. I couldn’t be more pleased by their service and care.

I’ve been bringing both my pets (cat and dog) to Mercer vet for a few years now. Everyone is so incredibly nice from the front desk, to the assistants/techs and vets. They are great at helping you over the phone with getting you an appt and advice for what to look out for, are so good with the animals once you’re there, and giving you feedback on your concerns. I have a pretty anxious dog, and they always spend extra time making her (Pigeon) feel safe and gets coddled through the appt. I really appreciate how they walk you through charges beforehand so you are not surprised at the end with a huge bill like some practices I’ve been to in the past.
