So about two weeks ago my dog got attacked by another dog and had some puncture wounds and a sprained back leg. I couldn't bring him that weekend due to my work schedule but they told me to come on Wednesday since they do walk ins only. Then I show up on Wednesday and theyre doing both appointments and walk ins (if I knew I would've tried to burn out my dogs energy some more since he has high energy and hypersocial) we managed to last about an hour until another client with a dog sat near us and my dog became very difficult to control. So I asked to schedule another appointment and low and behold they only have weekend available but I cant do weekends since I work 15-18 hour shifts all weekend. So when I told the front desk that they said we can do tuesday at 9. I never got a confirmation text or email so I called this morning before 9 to double check and guess what hes not even scheduled for an appointment. Also on Wednesday after checking in the front desk staff were gossiping about how someone showed up and couldn't afford to pay and they didnt even know why they showed up (which is very unprofessional). A bit after that there was an elderly lady struggling to open the door for 3 min and they just sat there and watched her struggle for a bit until one of them came by and opened the door for her. I would've opened it but again I have a high energy dog who has been stuck at home resting and he for sure would've toppled her over. And everytime a dog came in my dog would whine like crazy (cuz hes hypersocial) and the front desk staff would give me looks like can you shut your dog up. All in all id have to say the front desk staff were very unprofessional and definitely need a retraining and talking to.

My dog had a bump on her arm that she wouldn’t stop licking. We were concerned it could be something bad as it was bulging and got pretty large. We went in and Conrad was great at explaining what it was, how to take care of it and what to do if it comes back. I see why this vet has great reviews, the price was competitive and the staff was great.

We moved from another state and urgently needed a check-up for our cat. We chose this clinic because it’s close to home and has many positive reviews. Fortunately, our first visit went wonderfully. The clinic is very cozy and clean, and we were warmly welcomed at the reception. A huge thank you to our doctor. She was very professional and polite. We hope our cat never gets sick again, but if something does happen, we now know where to go.
