I’d always kept mental note of an emergency vet in this location “just in case” and hoped I’d never need to find out about it. As most pet owners know, that luck runs out at some point and you need an after hours vet. Our pup stopped being able to put weight on one foot in the middle of a walk and I knew immediately where to go. It was easy to park, quick to get in, and welcoming. Everyone was so sweet with Chip! Taking time to say hello, let him show them his stuffy and do his toy parade. We felt very comfortable there with everyone. Chip is a nervous guy and he was able to be the most relaxed he’s capable of being at a clinic with an injury. The care plan was conservative and thoughtful and didn’t rush into expensive diagnostics like x-rays that didn’t yet appear to be necessary. Happy to report, next day he was totally fine and must’ve been bit or stung. 10/10 recommend.

Blown away by how awesome the staff and care is here. My dog had a seizure for the first time and normal vet office was closed. VEG saw us within minutes of arriving. The staff was very caring and knowledgeable. Dr Willis was great in walking us through the process of testing, options, diagnosis, next steps, etc. Highly recommend this place!

had a great experience here this weekend at 3am when our post op puppy sounded like he wasn’t breathing. The care team was prompt, empathetic and answered all of my questions, and most importantly kept our pup safe and healthy. Thank you! ♥️🐾

Like most reviewers, we were not choosing to end up interacting with the VEG ER team. You are arriving stressed with likely a stressed pet. My dog had emergency eyelid surgery to repair a nasty cut caused while he was a doggie daycare. The entire team treated me with kindness for the duration of our time on site. They also explained exactly what I should expect, walked me each step as it happened and were very clear on costs. My dog had his moments, but overall he was very comfortable with the team of vet techs and veterinarians. If you have to go to an emergency vet for any reason, I would highly recommend this team.
